INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

FLAT PANEL DISPLAY ADAPTER PLATE

For Philips 15PF9925 / 20PF9925

Prior to assembly, unpack carton completely and verify contents.

If you are missing any of the following components, please contact Customer Service at 1-800/582-6480.

(1) Adapter Bracket (4) M4 X 6mm Phillips Pan Head Screws

(4) 3/8” Nylon Spacers (4) M4 X 20mm Phillips Pan Head Screws

BEFORE PROCEEDING, READ INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY

FLAT PANEL DISPLAYS ARE EXTREMELY FRAGILE.

1. If flat panel display has table stand attached, remove existing stand.

2. Using four Nylon spacers and four M4 x 20 Phillips pan head screws, secure new adapter bracket to display

using outermost clearance hole pattern for 20PF9925 or innermost pattern for 15PF9925.

Optional VESA Mounting:

3. Using Phillips screwdriver, remove four mounting buttons from bracket.

4. Using four inside tapped holes of interface bracket and M4 X 6mm Phillips Screws (provided), secure adapter

bracket to any mounting device using a 100mm x 100mm VESA pattern.
